No such luck! This was August. It’s still winter in Austria, although the snow is melting here in the valley, it can still sneak back as late as April but it doesn’t stay long! We just found out leeks which we’d forgotten to harvest before the snow came only the find the deer have eaten them! Still I can console myself looking at the seed catalogues! Any sign of a thaw by you?
Is this your garden right now? I’m a little green with envy! I clicked on your photo to make it bigger and then I gazed at it, trying to imagine the smell of the earth and growing things and the feel of the sun on my head. Aaaaaahhhhhhh!

Are the flowers or the coffee, the reward?

Definitely the coffee as the picture was taken in August when the garden is at its prime after all the hard work in spring!
